These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and ok37 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ok37 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ok37.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Services").

ok37 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan. The platform provides sports betting markets, live casino content, player education materials and related services in a PKR-friendly, mobile-first environment. ok37 does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not claim affiliation with any Pakistani financial institution, regulatory body, or government authority.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By accessing the ok37 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your Account.

Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms (see Section 15 — Amendments) constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ok37, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold more than one active Account on the ok37 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You have not previously been subject to a Self-Exclusion order or voluntary exclusion on this platform that remains in effect.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant or immediate family member of ok37 or any associated operator entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of ok37 Services, including deposits, withdrawals and bonus participation, you must complete the registration process and pass the required identity verification (KYC) checks. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number.

5.1 Identity Documents

ok37 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address or source of funds. Acceptable documents may include a copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful and accurate. Any false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and any two-factor authentication device or application linked to your Account. You must notify ok37 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ok37 will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

When using the ok37 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to adhere to the following usage rules:

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in, facilitate or attempt any of the following:

• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct, including use of false identities, stolen payment instruments or manipulated device information.
• Any form of arbitrage, match fixing, collusion, cheating, software exploitation or use of automated betting tools (bots, scripts) designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy or any technical means that obscures your true geographic location, where such use violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, decompile or create derivative works based on the ok37 platform, software, content or intellectual property.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime using the platform's deposit and withdrawal systems.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ok37 support staff or other users.

6.2 Permitted Use

The ok37 platform is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not transfer, sell, sublicense or otherwise assign your Account or any rights under this Agreement to any third party. Commercial use of the platform's content or data without express written consent from ok37 is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on ok37 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Deposit and withdrawal methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees are governed by the operator's current payment terms, which are displayed in the account portal and may be updated from time to time.

7.1 Payment Method References

ok37 references familiar Pakistani payment brands — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of the types of payment methods that Pakistani users recognise. The actual availability of any specific payment method is determined by the operator's current payment processing agreements and the relevant provider's own policies. None of the payment providers named on this platform endorse or support ok37 or gambling services generally unless independently verified.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit or that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Any active Wagering Requirement on Bonus funds must be fulfilled before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• ok37 and its operators reserve the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, consistent with AML obligations.

ok37 may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 40×) and qualifying bet types will be stated in the offer terms. For example: a PKR 5,000 bonus at 20× wagering requires PKR 100,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Minimum Odds: Free bets and bonus wagers may only be placed on markets meeting a specified minimum decimal odds threshold (e.g., 1.50). Bets placed on markets below the minimum odds threshold will not contribute toward the Wagering Requirement.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire after a defined period (typically 7–30 days from issue). Expired bonuses and any associated unclaimed winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per User, household, IP address, device and payment method.
• Abuse and Fraud: ok37 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse, syndicate betting or manipulation of promotional terms is identified.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the ok37 platform, across all sports betting markets and casino games:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only accepted and binding once you have received a written confirmation from the platform, typically displayed on-screen and recorded in your bet history. ok37 reserves the right to refuse any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to wagers that exceed applicable stake limits or are placed after the relevant market has been closed.

9.2 Odds and Markets

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the time of market closure. ok37 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) at any time, including after market settlement. Wagers placed on erroneous odds will be settled at the corrected price or voided, at ok37's sole discretion.

9.3 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to additional latency and connectivity risk. ok37 accepts no liability for any delay between the real-world event and the odds displayed on the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure your internet connection is stable when placing live bets, particularly for high-speed markets such as cricket over-by-over betting during PSL and ICC matches.

9.4 Market Settlement

Markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, UEFA for football). In the event of a dispute over a result, ok37 may delay settlement pending official confirmation. ok37's settlement decisions are final.

9.5 Maximum Winnings

ok37 applies maximum winnings limits per bet, per event and per day, which are published in the sportsbook rules section. Any winnings that exceed these limits will be paid at the maximum limit only. Users are advised to review applicable limits before placing high-stake wagers.

ok37 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all registered Users to assist in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your total funding.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts to notify you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

All content on the ok37 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, software, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of ok37 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: scrape, copy or reproduce platform content; use automated tools to access or extract data; resell or commercially exploit any part of the Services; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

Any unauthorised use of ok37's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok37, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors exclude all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising in connection with the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, system errors or platform downtime, howsoever caused.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of odds, market data or educational content published on ok37.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Either party may terminate the Account and this Agreement at any time, subject to the following provisions:

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ok37 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance (after settlement of all pending wagers and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to you via your last used payment method. Accounts subject to an active bonus Wagering Requirement may not withdraw bonus-derived funds until the requirement is satisfied or the Account is closed without claim to such funds.

13.2 Termination by ok37

ok37 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity, including suspected bonus abuse or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Regulatory, compliance or legal requirements mandating account closure.
• Requests arising from responsible gambling self-exclusion obligations.

In the event of termination for cause, ok37 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance pending investigation, consistent with applicable AML obligations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be referred to ok37's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable.

ok37 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, ok37 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address registered to their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights — may be made without specific notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the ok37 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
